It has taken me way to long to post about Katie & Brian’s wedding. The images are so amazing though, and there are SO many good ones that it’s taking me forever  to decide which ones to post and what to say about it all!  But I promise soon, I’ll reveal them!  Deyla Huss has done it again… Here is a teaser!

I don’t always have time to snap detail shots while designing, but today I’m so glad I did!!  Here is a sneak peek of Julia’s bridal bouquet for tomorrow’s wedding at Zenith Vineyard!

Pink, Red and Purple are this weekends colors, and Julia just loves exotic blooms and lots of texture. So I designed this beauty using red garden roses, pink Yves Piaget garden roses, lighter pink Piano garden roses, purple trachellium for texture, some dark pink hanging amyranthus for texture and movement, and a few stems of gorgeous dark pink Phalaenopsis Orchids.  I used a dark purple satin ribbon wrap on the handle, and created a pretty loop & hanging ribbon treatment to tie it all together.

Love this bouquet – Can’t wait to see the brides reaction!!

Jenny & David were married at the Oregon Golf Club this summer, and I had the honor of designing Jenny’s bridal party flowers!  Jenny and I go way back… like middle school way back, and I’m so happy for her and David!  Here are just a few pictures I took of one of her bridesmaids bouquets… can’t wait to see the professional photos from the fabulous Cami!

Lilac & Peonies.  This has got to be my favorite combination right now!  Pair them with some gorgeous roses & a touch of Queen Anne’s Lace to give it a vintage feel.  So lush and romantic!  I wrapped the stems of this gorgeous bouquet with purple satin ribbon and detailed it with a piece of lace that is from the Mother of the Brides own wedding gown!  So excited for this weekends wedding at the Abernethy Center in Oregon City!  Congrats to Jackie & Matt!

So exciting to be kicking off the 2012 wedding season with a pretty new website, logo and lots of beautiful weddings coming up!
